When Mike Pears started RAMamps, his aim was to design and build top quality guitar amplifiers and effects pedals for local guitaristst here in NE England. These amps and pedals would have to be hand wired and use the best materials and components available. No cheap construction methods would be used. No short cuts would be taken.
